The less you really do!! Who knew that Roe v. Wade was really nothing more than an opinion from the Supreme Court and in fact had NO legal basis for abortions? It is a State thing! How interesting, so all this time we’ve been running around and fighting based on an opinion. Of course we have the SQUISHY RINO’s who don’t really want to do anything for their constituents but set back, pretend they do something and collect a paycheck, which now I know is for life. Well, let’s take a look at the states that may ban abortions and we can all wonder why we didn’t do this long ago.
States Certain to Ban Abortion
If Roe were overturned or fundamentally weakened, 22 states have laws or constitutional amendments already in place that would make them certain to attempt to ban abortion as quickly as possible. Anti-abortion policymakers in several of these states have also indicated that they will introduce legislation modeled after the Texas six-week abortion ban. (Funny this, overturn an opinion, one that really should have never been made, Roe v. Wade was a civil case as well.)
By the time the Supreme Court hears oral arguments in the Mississippi case, there will be nine states in this group with an abortion ban still on the books from before Roe v. Wade, 13 states with a trigger ban tied to Roe being overturned, five states with a near-total abortion ban enacted after Roe, 11 states with a six-week ban that is not in effect and one state (Texas) with a six-week ban that is in effect, one state with an eight-week ban that is not in effect and four states whose constitutions specifically bar a right to abortion. Some states have multiple types of bans in place.
KrisAnne Hall who is a constitutional attorney and former prosecutor has a lot to say about this:
She reminds us what The Declaration of Independence said: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, which among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”
You certainly don’t see that these days. Each day one more of our liberties are taken away for some reason or another. None of them any good other than to give more power to those who want to rule everything we do, but as part of the governed I don’t give MY CONSENT.
Then we have the unalienable right to LIFE: Life is not something that should be legislated away. (They are certainly working hard to legislate our lives – after all, don’t they keeps saying, you will have nothing and like it?) Life is an inalienable right the State was established to SECURE that Right. The truth that this right begins at conception is a biological fact. This fact was not “overturned” by science in Roe v. Wade, but by manipulation of facts through law. If real science had been used and not legal manipulation, denying life in the womb at conception would have failed. The argument of viability, as established by Roe, is based upon the argument that if you remove the fetus from the womb at a certain point, that fetus (or if you prefer those cells) would die and therefore was not alive and not a person.
Logically speaking, by admitting that this life will die implies that it was alive at some point. Using this same logic to determine that life never existed does not hold up in science either. There are many single celled organisms that will only survive on a particular growth medium. You will be hard pressed to find a microbiologist tell you that these organisms were never alive, because they failed to live outside their nutrient rich medium. Additionally, by the very definition of abortion, you must admit life exists at the time of abortion. You cannot abort an action that has never begun. Therefore, Roe is not only unconstitutional, but logically and scientifically unsound. Even the judge in Roe admitted if it would be established in court that life began at an earlier stage, this life would have rights. This error is not a matter of science, but a matter of incompetent legal argument.
Finally, to use the 10th Amendment as an excuse to deprive someone of life is a misapplication of Constitutional principles. Our Declaration of Independence and Constitution are both very clear as to the founder’s understanding of the right to Life. If we do not have life, we have neither Liberty, nor an opportunity to pursue happiness. In fact, our founders repeatedly declared that they were pledging life, fortune and sacred honor for “ages and millions yet unborn.” It is clear, by their own words the founders of our America believed the rights of the unborn were worth dying for. Abortion is not a State issue as assigned by the 10th Amendment, nor is it a “social” issue not to be discussed; it is that very matter of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness upon which our Constitution is based. A State cannot adopt laws to eliminate free speech and cannot pass laws to legalize murder and the 10th Amendment cannot be used to justify abortion. To claim to be a Constitutionalist and say the 10th Amendment permits a State to legalize abortion is to misunderstand the Constitution and the 10th Amendment itself.
Some would use the same Constitutional argument against the death penalty. Just like abortion, one may be morally opposed to the death penalty, but there is a difference in these two issues from a Constitutional perspective. You have the ability to forfeit your Liberty, through the application of due process, by committing a capital offense. Abortion, however, is sentencing someone to death who has committed no crime, without due process.
2022 SCOTUS Draft on abortion summarized – (Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health)
- The Court in Roe was not correct about the Constitution or the 14th Amendment.
- The opinion in Casey was even more legally irrational than Roe.
- Roe & Casey were not based upon proper Constitutional analysis, but instead were instances of judicial activism.
- The decision on abortion is NOT a federal issue.
- The decision on abortion IS a State issue.
Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is a pending U.S. Supreme Court case dealing with the constitutionality of a 2018 Mississippi state law that banned abortion operations after the first 15 weeks of pregnancy. Lower courts had ruled in preliminary injunctions to prevent enforcement of the law on the basis that the law violated the holding of women’s rights in Planned Parenthood v. Casey
Don’t you find it interesting that a leak about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade comes out just in time for another distraction? Don’t you find it odd it took no more than a day to have protestors lined up with threats without knowing if this was really true? It seems we’re getting ready for another one of those summers of looting, burning and killing that we saw last year and with just as stupid a pretense and excuse for it as it was back then.
One of my friends put up a meme that spoke about how a pregnant woman in Texas would now have to drive to California for an abortion. If you look at the map above, you could just go to New Mexico and get one, a lot closer, but it was designed for effect. Poor woman would have to drive ALL the way to California to get one. However, if you work for say Levi, you know the jeans company; they are talking about paying for expenses to fly some employees that want to get an abortion to other states (wonder if that is available to transgenders). I’m sure there are a lot of other liberal companies that will come out and do the same, though it would be interesting to see if those companies actually do that. Remember, it’s all about the press!!
I’m so tired of the – my body, my choice slogan, since it only applies to pregnant women – certainly NOT anyone who decided NOT to get the C-Vax, which by the way will cause a spontaneous abortion in some women and infertility in both men and women, feel free to check me on this and look at the Pfizer documents they just dumped. I guess it could turn out to be a good thing! However, there will come a time when you won’t be able to have any more children! Women who use abortion as birth control, after so many won’t be able to carry a baby when or if they decide to have one. It might be easier to avail oneself to ALL the other contraceptions, most far less hazardous to your health.
That’s another thing the ELITE seem to have forgotten about – Planned Parenthood will become obsolete and baby parts won’t be sold once the world is infertile, which is a defiant plus, as I for one would love to see Planned Parenthood gone!!! I’m tired of my tax dollars going to this organization that is funded by our government as well as making MILLIONS on the side selling baby parts. Then the women running this would have to get a real job and I assure you it won’t be for the six figure salaries they are making now.
There is another plus that the ELITE have forgotten about; we could get rid of Child Protective Services, another organization who steal kids for nefarious purposes, like sexual exploitation and the manufacturing of adrenochrome. I know they have synthesized it, but I doubt it’s like the real thing!
But I digress, so let’s get back to abortion. Most people think that at conception the fetus is just a clump of cells and aren’t really alive, but then as we saw above KrisAnne disproved that stupid theory, but there’s something else that goes on when a woman gets pregnant:

There was a study done by Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in Singapore called Cell Migration from baby to mother. Nancy Byrne whose link is above condenses this for us:
When pregnant, the cells of the baby migrate into the mothers’ bloodstream and then circle back into the baby, it’s called “fetal-maternal microchimerism”.
For 41 weeks, the cells circulate and merge backwards and forwards, and after the baby is born, many of these cells stay in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the mothers’ tissues, bones, brain, and skin, and often stay there for decades. Every single child a mother has afterwards will leave a similar imprint on her body, too.
Even if a pregnancy doesn’t go to full term or if you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into your bloodstream.
Research has shown that if a mother’s heart is injured, fetal cells will rush to the site of the injury and change into different types of cells that specialize in mending the heart.
The baby helps repair the mother, while the mother builds the baby. This is often why certain illnesses vanish while pregnant.
It’s incredible how mothers’ bodies protect the baby at all costs, and the baby protects & rebuilds the mother back – so that the baby can develop safely and survive.
Think about crazy cravings for a moment. What was the mother deficient in that the baby made them crave?
Studies have also shown cells from a fetus in a mother’s brain 18 years after she gave birth.
I can’t imagine that many of us had a clue this went on and how sad for many of us that have had abortions and find this out now, are made even sadder. But that is the point of learning something and then taking it and putting it into our “basket” of knowledge so that we stop doing stupid things. We need to realize that these clumps of cells that many discount are really the amazement of life. Another interesting thing to note is that for those atheists out there who think there is NO Creator – for this to happen, baby and mother to protect and take care of each other, there had to have been some thought to it. Evolution didn’t come up with that, but the Creator planned it perfectly as He did with ALL His creatures.
Then there’s the friend with the meme about an ectopic pregnancy – apparently there are 100,000 of these a year and you have to have an abortion. Well, let’s go see what that is and if that is true.

What Is Ectopic Pregnancy?
Also called extra-uterine pregnancy, is when a fertilized egg grows outside a woman’s uterus, somewhere else in their belly. It can cause life-threatening bleeding and needs medical care right away.
In more than 90% of cases, the egg implants in a fallopian tube. This is called a tubal pregnancy.
So what does one do if you have this:
Medication. If your fallopian tube hasn’t ruptured and your pregnancy isn’t far along, your doctor can give you a shot of methotrexate (Trexall). It stops the cells from growing. Your body will absorb them.
Surgery. In other cases, you’ll need surgery. The most common is laparoscopy. Your doctor will make very small cuts in your lower belly and insert a thin, flexible tube called a laparoscope to remove the ectopic pregnancy. If your fallopian tube is damaged, they may have to remove it as well. If you’re bleeding a lot or your doctor suspects that your fallopian tube is ruptured, you might need emergency surgery with a larger cut. This is called laparotomy.
Nothing here said anything about an abortion, so the fear mongering that goes with this if you can’t get an abortion is beyond stupid, it is a medical procedure that has to do with something that is not right. If the egg is not in the uterus, a baby cannot be born, and if left untreated will kill the mother. Also note what the procedure is to fix this ectopic pregnancy, but let’s go see what comprises an abortion.

Sometimes they also put small dilator sticks called laminaria into the opening of your cervix a day or a few hours before your procedure. The laminaria absorb fluid from your body and get bigger, which slowly stretches your cervix open.
During a suction abortion procedure, the doctor or nurse will:
- examine your uterus
- put a speculum in to see into your vagina
- inject a numbing medication into or near your cervix
- stretch the opening of your cervix with a series of dilating rods if you haven’t had them put in earlier
- insert a thin tube through your cervix into your uterus
- use a small, hand-held suction device or suction machine to gently take the pregnancy tissue out of your uterus
- They may also use a small surgical tool called a curette to remove any tissue that’s left in your uterus, or check to make sure your uterus is totally empty.
What happens during a D&E (dilation and evacuation) procedure?
D&E is usually used for abortions later than 16 weeks after your last period. Before a D&E abortion, your nurse or doctor will prepare your cervix. This means you may get medication that helps open your cervix. Your doctor might also put small, dilator sticks called laminaria into the opening of your cervix a day or a few hours before the procedure. Abortion Procedure Facts
Manual Vacuum Aspiration: up to 7 weeks after last menstrual period (LMP)
This surgical abortion is done early in the pregnancy up until 7 weeks after the woman’s last menstrual period. A long, thin tube is inserted into the uterus. A large syringe is attached to the tube and the embryo is suctioned out.
Suction Curettage: between 6 to 14 weeks after LMP
this is the most common surgical abortion procedure. Because the baby is larger, the doctor must first stretch open the cervix using metal rods. Opening the cervix may be painful, so local or general anesthesia is typically needed. After the cervix is stretched open, the doctor inserts a hard plastic tube into the uterus, and then connects this tube to a suction machine. The suction pulls the fetus’ body apart and out of the uterus. The doctor may also use a loop-shaped knife called a curette to scrape the fetus and fetal parts out of the uterus. (The doctor may refer to the fetus and fetal parts as the “products of conception.”).
Dilation and Evacuation (D&E): between 13 to 24 weeks after LMP
this surgical abortion is done during the second trimester of pregnancy. At this point in pregnancy, the fetus is too large to be broken up by suction alone and will not pass through the suction tubing. In this procedure, the cervix must be opened wider than in a first trimester abortion. This is done by inserting numerous thin rods made of seaweed a day or two before the abortion. Once the cervix is stretched open the doctor pulls out the fetal parts with forceps. The fetus’ skull is crushed to ease removal. A sharp tool (called a curette) is also used to scrape out the contents of the uterus, removing any remaining tissue.
Dilation and Extraction (D&X) (partial-birth abortion): from 20 weeks after LMP to full-term
this procedure takes three days. During the first two days, the cervix is stretched open using thin rods made of seaweed, and medication is given for pain. On the third day, the abortion doctor uses ultrasound to locate the legs of the fetus. Grasping a leg with forceps, the doctor delivers the fetus up to the head. Next, scissors are inserted into the base of the skull to create an opening. A suction catheter is placed into the opening to remove the brain. The skull collapses and the fetus is removed.
RU486, Mifepristone (Abortion Pill) Within 4 to 7 weeks after LMP
This drug is only approved for use in women up to the 49th day after their last menstrual period. The procedure usually requires three office visits. On the first visit, the woman is given pills to cause the death of the embryo. Two days later, if the abortion has not occurred, she is given a second drug which causes cramps to expel the embryo. The last visit is to determine if the procedure has been completed.
I’m thinking reality is a whole lot different than what Planned Parenthood describes. I wonder if the women who look at their website and then find out once they get there what it is actually like would have decided against it?
Anyone remember Dr. Gosnell and his house of horrors when they finally stopped him? Like Planned Parenthood, they are both serial killers, one has been stopped but the other continues!!!
